Community

At St. Peter’s, we firmly believe that we are inextricably linked with others, utterly relational, in our humanity and our shared life on a finite planet. Children at St. Peter’s understand our Christian duty to contribute positively to communities - that it is only by supporting each other that we can flourish. We explore this widely through the UN Rights Respecting Award. Jesus encouraged his disciples to reach out to their local communities, to those within their own country but also the whole world. By doing this, we are told that they ‘turned the world upside down’ (Acts 17).
