At St Peter’s, well-being is championed through our Mindshift Journals. Each Friday morning, pupils dedicate time to explore their thoughts and feelings using carefully crafted weekly prompts that encourage self-reflection. This initiative supports the development of emotional literacy, fosters gratitude and positivity, and nurtures a growth mindset. The journals provide a safe space for children to better understand themselves, celebrate their unique identities, and build resilience.
